He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and received his CITRMS Certification (Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist) in 2006. Alan Judd joined the LBC Team early in 2010. He came to us after serving as a Corporate Controller for 25 years in the automotive industry. He also has experience in Commercial Real-Estate Development, & Construction and Property Management. His financial experience and extensive experience in the HR arena add to the depth of our team. Alan has managed full benefits for employee groups up to 375 strong. These experiences make Alan a natural to introduce our valuable benefit services to new employer groups small and large.

After high school David spent 12 years working in the Professional Mover industry as a cross-country owner operator with United Van Lines. In 1985 he joined the staff at St. Mary’s Academy & College in Kansas, and wore many hats during his 27 years in Catholic education. Besides his involvement in the Dormitory facility at the school, he also worked in the Registrar’s Office and headed up the Photography department. In 2009 David joined the family of Pre-Paid Legal Associates, but continued in his full time capacity at St. Mary’s until “retiring” to Minnesota in 2012. Since September of that year he has rapidly advanced in the LBC Team – as Office Manager, and partner on the Account Executive Team. David can be reached at:

Jayne Lieske graduated with degrees in Business Administration and Spanish from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota. She is currently enrolled in the Servant Leadership Program at Viterbo University in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. Her work experience includes positions at Control Data Corporation in Marketing and Technology Services, McDonald’s in Operations, Marketing, Human Resources and Finance for 35 years. Jayne has been a Church Counsel Member for 2 years at 1ST Lutheran Church. She has also been a School Board Member for 5 years: as Clerk for 3 years and Vice Chair for 1 year in a local school district.

Marc Hanson has been a longtime resident of the Fargo‐Moorhead area growing up in Harwood, ND and graduating from West Fargo. He later received a BS in International Business from Moorhead State University. Immediately after college, Marc became indoctrinated into the sales world. He invested the next 22 years in the grocery business in retail/wholesale management and wholesale broker development. In February 2000 Marc entered the insurance industry and invested 8 years in agent recruiting and development and then in January of 2008 transitioned into Broker Development.

Michael Miskowic has been licensed in life and health insurance since 1977. He has also carried a real estate license since 1982 which lead him to become a real estate broker in 2000. Mike previously owned 6 restaurants and currently owns a business consulting company which he started in 2003. Mike has been affiliated with LBC since 2008.
